After spending a week in the lab with IPv6 we've learned
a couple things which are relevant.

1. Neither Linux nor any MS OS support direct v6 name resolution
which means you'll need to run IPv6 with IPv4 for some time

2. Windows (and presumably Linux but not tested) do not support
any form of proxy server over IPv6.
